Indications Prophylaxis and treatment of angina.
Caution Hypotension, dizziness, headache, peripheral edema and tolerance.
Dose Range Angina: Initially 20mg-120mg 2-3 times daily, to a maximum of
240mg/day. AcuteAngina: 2.5-10mg SL or 15 minutes before
activity. CHF: 5-10mg SL every 2 hours or 60-160mg/day in divided
doses to a maximum of 240mg/day .
