Dose Range
|
Adult and children 10 years and over: 125mg at bedtime increased if necessary by 125mg every 3 days to a total of 500mg daily in divided doses. The daily dose may be increased further every 3 days by 250 mg up to a maximum of 1.5 g daily given in divided
