Active Ingredient BACITRACIN
Therapeutic Class ANTIBIOTICS TOPICAL
Indications Skin infections. Gram +ve organisms- Bacitracin, Tyrothricin. Gram –ve organisms- Neomycin, Polymixin.
Caution When possible, sensitivity of the organism should be determined
before treatment, as resistant organisms are common. May cause
frequent sensitisation, especially in prolonged use in leg ulcers.
Dose Range Apply 3 times daily to infected areas.

Indications Impetigo due to suscep tible bacteria. Cream is recommended for

Caution Headache, rhinitis, congestion, pharyngitis, taste perversion, burning, stinging, cough, and pruritus.
Dose Range Apply three times daily for 5 days.
