Treatment and prophylaxis of haemorrhage associated with excessive fibrinolysis.
|
|
|
Gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, dizziness, visual disturbances and musculoskeletal.
|
|
|
1 to 1.5 g (or 15 to 25 mg/kg) 2 or 3 times daily . Slow intravenous injection: 0.5 to 1g 3 times daily (or 10 mg/kg is given 3 or 4 times daily ).
