20mg daily as a single or in 2 divided doses. Max. 40mg daily .

Tamoxifen is contraindicated in pregnancy as it may cause fetal harm.
|

Tamoxifen suppresses lactation. Liscensed product information recommends that it should not be given to lactating women as it is unknown if Tamoxifen appears in breastmilk.
