Oral: 0.3-1.25mg daily .; i.v/i.m: 25mg may repeat in 6-12 hours if necessary; vaginal cream: 2-4g daily for 3 weeks, off for 1 week then repeat . Breast Cancer: 10 mg three times daily for at least 3 months. Prostate Cancer: 1.25 - 2.5mg 3 times daily .
