Emergency treatment of cardiac arrhythmias: i.v. initial dose of up
to 5 mg, at a rate of 1 to 2 mg/minute; repeated, if necessary, at intervals of 5 minutes to a total dose of 10 to 15 mg. |

Metoprolol is distributed in breast milk. Use with caution in lactating women.
