Advanced or locally advanced breast cancer in post menopausal women; adjuvant treatment of hormone-receptor-positive early breast cancer in post menopausal women; early invasive cancer in post menopausal women after standard adjuvant tamoxifen therapy .

Hot flushes, nauear, vomiting, bone fractures, hypercholesterolemia.
|
|
|
2.5mg daily .
|
|
|
|
|
|
Letrozole is contraindicated in women who are or may become pregnant (i.e., premenopausal women) since the drug can cause fetal toxicity when administered to pregnant women.
|
|
|
Not recommended during letrozole therapy.
|
