Iron deficiency, anaemia.
|

|
Black stools, constipation. As for ferrous sulphate/folic acid.Liquid may be taken in water or juice to prevent staining of teeth. Antacids decrease absorption.

Adult: One tablet 3 times daily. Take with food.Pediatric: 3-
6mg/kg daily (maximum 200mg) in 2-3 divided doses. |
