Symptomatic treatment of parkinsonism. Alleviation of drug induced extrapy ramidal disorders, but is of no value against tardive dyskinesias.

Urinary retention, blurred vision, nervousness, confusion, drowsiness.

Adult and Children over 12 years: 0.5-1mg daily at bedtime
