Muscle spasm due to multiple sclerosis, spinal cord lesions, and tardive dyskinesia.

Postural hypotension, sedation, dizziness, drowsiness, depression, hallucinations, G.I. disturbances, blurred vision, allergic reactions, muscular weakness. Avoid alcohol. c.f. prescribing in renal disease p.23.
