Treatment of paracetamol overdose, if patient is seen within 20
hours after overdose of 20-30 tablets. |

150mg/kg IV in 200ml of 5% dextrose over 15 minutes then
50mg/kg in 50ml 5% dextrose over 4 hours, then 100mg/kg IV in 1L 5% dextrose over 16 hours. |
