disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and social phobia. |

Antidepressants increased the risk of suicidal thinking and behavior in children, adolescents, and young adults in short-term studies with major depressive disorder (MDD) and other psychiatric disorders. Short term studies did not show an increase in the risk of suicidality with antidepressants compared to placebo in adults beyond age 24. Common side effects include sweating, constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, xerostomia, myalgi , dizziness, headache, insomnia, somnolence, tremor, disorder of vision, agitation, abnormal ejaculation, reduced libido, yawning, fatigue. Serious side effects include abnormal bleeding, hyponatremia, seizure, worsening of depression, hypomania, mania suicidal thoughts, suicide.
