SELECTIVE BETA2 ADRENERGIC AGONIST (RESPIRATORY)

Bronchospasm.
|
|
|
Tachycardia, palpitations, tremor, nervousness, headache, insomnia,nausea.
|
|
|
Aerosol: 1-3 puffs, 3-4 times daily. Syrup: 1 month- 2 yrs:
100 mcg/kg (max.2 mg) 3-4 times daily ; 2- 6 yrs: 1- 2 mg 3-4 times daily. s.c or i.m inj: 0.5mg repeated every 4 hours if necessary. See BDS supply protocols pg. 10 |
