Adminsiter with fluorouracil and folinic acid in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer and in the adjuvant treatment of stage III colon cancer.

As for cisplatin.

Oxaliplatin is not recommended during pregnancy.Women of child-bearing age should be adviced to avoid pregnancy and use effective contraception during treatment.

Breastfeeding is not recommended during therapy.
