Blepharitis, conjunctivitis, or keratitis due to susceptible fungi.

Local irritation.

Fungal Keratitis: Initially , 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 1-
2 hours, decrease frequency after 3-4 day s to 1 drop 6-8 times daily gradually decrease dosage every 4-7 days to ensure complete elimination of the organism. Continue therapy |
