Upper gastro-intestinal and breast cancers and by bladder instillation for superficial bladder tumours.

Delayed bone-marrow toxicity , nausea, vomiting and anorexia, stomatitis, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia,alopecia.

According to disease and patient particulars.

Mitomycin can cause fetal harm in humans. Animal studies have shown delayed fetal development, fetal external anomalies, and neonatal anomalies.
|
|
|
Mitomycin is distributed into breastmilk. Breastfeeding is not recommended during therapy.
