2.5mg/kg/day or 50-70mg/m2 daily adjusted according to response and tolerance. Maintainence: 1.5-2.5mg/kg/day .

|
Mercaptopurine should only be used during pregnancy when there are no alternatives and benefit outweighs risk.
|
|
|
Mercaptopurine is distributed in breastmilk. Breastfeeding is not recommended during therapy.
