Amenorrhea, pre-term labour (prophylaxis).

Changes in appetite or weight, fluid retention, oedema, acne, chloasma (melasma), allergic skin rashes.

Pre-term labour (prophylaxis): 250-500mg intramuscularly weekly during first half of pregnancy or longer. Amenorrhea:
375mg intramuscularly . |
