Management of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic
chemotherapy andradiotherapy, treatment of postoperative nausea and vomiting. |

Constipation; diarrhoea; headache; insomnia.

Adult: 1 mg, dose to be diluted to 5 mL and given over 30 seconds;
