Adult: Gastric/Duodenal Ulcer:40mg at night for 4-8 weeks; maintenance 20mg at night. GERD: 20 mg twice daily for 6 to 12 weeks, or up to 40 mg twice daily if there is oesophageal erosion or ulceration.. Inj:20mg over 2 mins.every 12 hours. Pediatric
