PARASYMPATHOMIMETIC (CHOLINERGIC) AGENTS
|

|
Mild to moderate dementia in Alzheimer’s disease.
|
|
|
Nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, dizziness, agitation, muscle cramps.
|
|
|
Initially 5mg once daily at bedtime increased if necessary after 4-6
weeks to 10mg once daily . |
