CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE

Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
High fluid intake will help to prevent haemorrhagic cystitis (3-4 litres/day ). C.f. prescribing in renal disease p. 27.

Cyclophosphamide can cause fetal toxicity when administered to pregnant women, but potential benefits from use of the drug may be acceptable in certain conditions despite the possible risks to the fetus.
Discontinue breast-feeding during and for 36 hours after stopping treatment.
