Antidote to folic acid antagonists, such as methotrexate. adjunct to fluorouracil in the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Occasional hypersensitivity, including anaphylactic reactions.

Dosage and duration adapted according to the methotrexate regimen
and the patient's ability to clear the antineoplastic. |
