ANTINEOPLASTICS - Aromatase Inhibitor

Advanced or locally advanced breast cancer, adjuvant treatment in hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
|
|
|
Gastrointestinal disturbances, hot flushes, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, rash, hair thinning, vaginal dryness or bleeding, myalgia, arthralgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, and bone pain and/or fractures, peripheral edema
|
|
|
Adult: 1 mg once daily with or without food.
|
