Dose Range
|
A dose of 1 mg - 2 mg twice daily, orally every 8-12hours. The first dose is given the evening before, or 1-3 hours before chemotherapy. Nabilone is given throughout the chemotherapy and for 24-48 hours after the last dose of chemotherapy. Not to exceed 6
