Indications Used in treatment of angina at the onset of the attack, and in some cases for prophylaxis.
Caution Over dosage:- palpitations, dizziness, blurred vision, headache, flushing followed by pallor. Postural hypotension, bradycardia, lightheadedness, reflux esophagus, contact dermatitis.
Dose Range Acute angina treatment: Sublingual Tablets (0.15 -0.6mg) or spray
(0.4mg) may be repeated every 5 minutes until relief occurs; or 3 doses have been taken. To be taken under the tongue. Patients are tobe dispensed one full bottle of tablets every 2-

Indications Prophylaxis and treatment of angina.
Caution Hypotension, dizziness, headache, peripheral edema and tolerance.
Dose Range Angina: Initially 20mg-120mg 2-3 times daily, to a maximum of
240mg/day. AcuteAngina: 2.5-10mg SL or 15 minutes before
activity. CHF: 5-10mg SL every 2 hours or 60-160mg/day in divided
doses to a maximum of 240mg/day .

Indications Prophylaxis and long-term management of angina pectoris.
Caution Postural hypotension, dizziness, syncope and vascular headache. Avoid alcohol. Take on an empty stomach with a full glass of water.
Dose Range Regular release: 20mg 2-3 times a day .Sustained release: 30-60mg once daily up to a maximum of 120mg once daily in divided doses.. The 60mg extended release may be broken but not chewed or crushed.
