Dose Range Adult: Tabs:5-10mg 3 times daily . Pediatric: Oral 0.3-0.75mg/kg p er day in 3-4 divided doses. Intravenous: 2.5-10mg as a single dose (0.1mg/kg as a single dose in children under 6 y ears).
