Dose Range Adult and children 12 years and older: monotherapy: 25 mg
once daily for 2 weeks followed by 50 mg once daily for 2 weeks; increased by a maximum of 50 to 100 mg every 1 to 2 weeks to usual maintenance doses of 100 to 200 mg daily, given as a sin
