| Dose Range |
Anxiety: 2-30mg daily, usually best as a single night time dose. Status epilepticus: 10-20mg i.v. at 5mg/minute. Repeat cautiously if necessary. Acute alcohol withdrawal: 10mg 3-4 times a day for 1 day, then 5mg 3-4 times a day when necessary . |
