| Caution | Not indicated in simple Vitamin D deficiency. Observe calcium levels twice weekly during titration period. |
| Dose Range | 0.25-1mcg daily. Initial dose 0.25 mcg. If a satisfactory response is not achieved, increase dosage by 0.25mcg/day at 4 to 8 week. |
